Cazadodo was born from the meeting of a love story and a desire to change our life.
It was in 2005, during our honeymoon, that we fell in love with Reunion Island. Then in 2010, tired of our "tidy" life in the East of France, and the climate too cool for our liking, we decided to change our lives and settle in the tropics, under the hot sun of 974!
After traveling the island, Étang Salé seemed to us to be the ideal place: a small, authentic and charming town, a magnificent black sand beach unique in its kind, close to all amenities and major roads for easy travel around the island. the whole island. Etang Salé is located at the gateway to the Sud Sauvage, the Cirque de Cilaos, and the RN3 which crosses the island from one side to the other. It is also a sportsman's paradise: running, mountain biking... kilometers of paths and cycle paths wind along the sea and in the forest.
We have completely redeveloped and revamped the Ti Caze Nature wooden chalet, turning it into a small, well-equipped cocoon, nestled in the greenery of our tropical garden. Ti Caze Nature is a bit of a "cabin spirit", the Nature spirit, but with air conditioning to cool down on hot summer nights.
Ti Caze Dodo, is a small holiday home for 2 to 3 people. It is also an ecological dwelling, made of coated earth bags. We were inspired by eco domes (a technique developed by Nader Kadhili) while preserving the ""Creole hut"" spirit. typical of Reunion. Ti Caze Dodo is also air-conditioned.
